So I was on my first attempt to play, and then poof I equipped BDSM rope gear, don't know how I did it though and then my computer died...I have been trying to get it again with no luck and I'm confused. Idk why I'm typing all this in short it's a really cool game and I appreciate that you made it.
Ah, sorry you're having trouble, here's a quick little tutorial: -Click anywhere to advance text. -Click on anything that has action-text to interact with it (e.g. the doorknob, the drawer or the little plug on the bed). -When the player's butt-interface appears, click and drag them to interact. The goal is to get them stretched out over whatever insert-able object you found. -Find something that's just big enough to improve your stretching ability. This lets you stretch out over even bigger things! -Make sure you don't miss anything! Hover over everything to see whether you can interact with it or not.
I don't want to spoil any of the puzzles from there, but some nice people have left some clues and tips in the comments for some of the later-game stuff.
funny thing i didn't need the banister to take the big guy I kinda just ... forced it into working oh also it allowed me to be able to skip his first stretching stage too.
edit:okay i was able to go straight to the door knob strait to the big guy getting before his knot first then over it...

Take Pekan (yellow guy)
Take Raleigh (the guy on Pekans left)
Go inside
Take the Bannister
Then go back outside and try the shark guy again

when you first go down stairs look at the stair case and you should be able to click on the thing on the end of the Bannister

Idk if you got it yet but after the Shark, you fuck the demon, go to the basement, and go back to the demon
